Flourish is the ISH scholarship and financial aid initiative. The ISH philosophy is to impart lifelong skills to students to help them succeed as leaders of tomorrow, giving them the tools they need to shape one of the biggest industries worldwide. flourish was created to discover, encourage and support the talent of tomorrow, and it represents our mission to make quality education accessible to all.

Flourish offers both need based and merit based financial support to students for undergraduate programmes at ISH. With over 50% of our students benefiting from flourish, we ensure our education is exceptional and accessible. Through industry partners who support this initiative, we’re able to offer a world class education and academic opportunities to brilliant students who will soon join the industry.

Students who don’t receive full scholarships under Flourish can take advantage of the study now, pay later policy under the Student Support Agreement. They can enrol at ISH, complete their course and pay their fees monthly once they get employed and begin earning. This policy is only available for diploma and postgraduate students.

Students have the opportunity to study at ISH while working and earning on campus. To benefit from the initiative, they must complete at least 20 hours per week. While senior students could opt for working in the academics department, both juniors and seniors could contribute to operational and support services too.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Propelld, a prominent NBFC in India that facilitates student education-related funding. This partnership aims to make it easier for our students to get financial help to pursue their educational goals without worrying about financial constraints.

Our students can confidently apply for loans of up to INR 20 lakhs without the need for collateral. The loan terms, which have been tailored with the student's needs in mind, include a generous 10-year repayment period and a moratorium period during the course duration. This ensures that students can concentrate on their studies without the immediate burden of loan repayment.

ISH has negotiated favorable terms by leveraging our solid academic reputation and impressive graduate placement rates. Our alums consistently secure management roles across various hospitality sectors, which has enabled us to negotiate exceptional financing options with Propelld.
