ISH Career LEAP is for an experienced professional who wishes for:

Career Advancement: The CLP offers a comprehensive pathway for career growth, combining academic curriculum and On-the-Job Training (OJT) with Marriott International ultimately earning a PPO upon selection.
Global Opportunities: Benefit from Marriott's commitment to providing pre-placement offers (PPOs) and access to full-time employment in sales, revenue, and kitchen management roles within Marriott International hotels in India and abroad.
Certification: Upon completion of the CLP, earn the ISH Postgraduate Programme Certification in alliance with Les Roches, opening doors to Master's Degrees at Les Roches, Spain and Switzerland.
Compensation: Project stipend of Rs 15000 per month, during first 6 months of classroom sessions at ISH Gurugram Campus. Stipend of Rs. 25,000 during your On-the-Job Training at Marriott properties / corporate office in India

With Flourish, our generous financial aid programme, we make this belief a reality. Flourish features three key components:

Merit-based Scholarship

Rewarding the dedicated and the brilliant, these scholarships significantly reduce the tuition fee burden. The amount is determined based on academic achievement and outstanding performance during the selection process.

Merit-Assured Future Plan (MAFP)

A unique offering at ISH, the Merit-Assured Future Plan recognises the hard work and potential of our high-performing students. Eligibility for this program is determined

by academic achievement and exceptional performance during the selection process. Through MAFP, eligible students have the opportunity to defer half of their initial tuition fee. The deferred amount can then be repaid in easy instalments over the next 15 months, commencing only once a confirmed job offer is secured.

Education Loans

To extend our support beyond Flourish, we’ve partnered with Propelld, a prominent NBFC in India that facilitates student education-related funding. This partnership aims to make it easier for our students to get financial help to pursue their educational goals without worrying about financial constraints.
