Managing Director of Vatika Hospitality, Gaurav has over 17 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality and F&B business.

Gaurav spearheads the hotels, restaurants, business centres, facilities management and QSR businesses of the Vatika Group. He holds a Degree in Business Management from the University of Buckingham, UK and is certified from the Business Management entrepreneurship program from the Harvard Business School.

The former CEO of Lakmé Lever Ltd., Anil Chopra has over thirty-five years of experience in the FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, and media industries having worked with the Tata Group & Unilever.

Chopra is credited with the creation of the hugely successful Lakmé Fashion week, as well as the Lakmé Salon chain. Anil is a leading authority in the business of beauty and cosmetics in India, as well as an angel investor in promoting start-up ventures. Most recently, he has been spearheading the development and launch of ‘StudioWest’ cosmetics for Trent-Westside (A Tata Enterprise).

Aditya K. Rajaram is the Managing Director of Radar Holdings, a hospitality development enterprise.

Rajaram has previously worked with Ernst & Young in their specialised hospitality, real estate and finance team. Rajaram has also worked on various operator search and selections for hotel projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE, in addition to creating a comprehensive strategic hotel investment and development strategy for a mega real estate company in Dubai. A graduate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, he is an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society – Arabian Gulf Chapter and the Penn State Hotel Restaurant Society.

Dhairya Choudhrie is the Managing Director of Shanti Hospitality, which owns seventeen operational hotels globally, including the Ananda Spa and a portfolio of Hyatt hotels in India.

Earlier in his career, he was instrumental in the sale of Grandeur Real Estate to Alpha G: Corp working with Morgan Stanley. He was also part of the team that grew BIG Malls India with a $32m investment from Silverpeak Asset Management. Dhairya is a graduate in Economics and Business Management from Boston’s North Eastern University.

As the Managing Director of the ABIL Group (Avinash Bhosale Group), Mr. Amit Bhosale has spearheaded multiple luxury real estate projects.

He has established ABIL Group as a leading luxury real estate developer in Pune’s luxury real estate landscape, and, with a strong academic and professional background, Mr. Bhosale brings a fresh and unique perspective in understanding the premium real estate culture to India.

He completed his Bachelors in Commerce from Symbiosis Institute, Pune, after which he pursued his Masters in Hospitality Management from Les Roches, Switzerland. Mr. Bhosale also further successfully completed the Owners/President Management Program from Harvard Business School.

The ABIL group ventured into the world of hospitality with the first project being the Hotel Sun-n-Sand in Pune. Under the aegis of Mr. Avinash Bhosale, Mr. Amit Bhosale has taken forward the real estate legacy into a new level of experience in hospitality. Passionate about hospitality, he has successfully set up the St. Regis Hotel in Mumbai; The Westin Hotel in Pune; Le Meridien in Nagpur and W Resorts and Spa in Goa.

On graduation with a Masters in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in 1996, Rajesh, a second-generation entrepreneur, took over as head of the Sun-n-Sand Group.

He brings with him his association with the hospitality field and heads the group with a view to consolidate its brand strength.

During his four years in Boston, Dhruv led 161 people in 23 different business plan competitions, winning 21 times. His success in identifying and successfully delivering scalable opportunities fueled his confidence in founding GuestHouser in 2014 at just 22 years of age.

Dhruv graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a minor in computer science and hospitality. Belonging to a business family that has a slew of real estate and hospitality projects all over the country, the combination of a background in entrepreneurship, hospitality, and computer science, Dhruv had the requisite building blocks to set up a venture that targets a burgeoning population of travelers who are looking for unique experiences. Back in India, he identified a gap in the Indian travel space, which was characterized by a shortage in quality short term accommodation in the form of traditional hotels. He also noticed how there was a flourishing offline industry of holiday home rentals, and made it his mission to bring them online. With the support of an exceptionally execution-oriented team, 10,000 such homes were contracted in three short months. Today, GuestHouser is the unrivaled leader in India’s fast growing holiday home market with over 135,000 holiday homes in 2,200+ destinations.

After divesting out of his flourishing chemicals business, in the form of a joint venture with Malaysian conglomerate TYCO in 2008, Anubhav has strategically acquired and developed real estate parcels in Delhi NCR, Goa and Hyderabad.

Some of his real estate developments include landmarks such as 32nd Milestone, Signature Towers 2 and Milestone Experion Center, among a pipeline of hospitality projects in Goa and land parcels in Hyderabad. Known to have a keen eye in identifying future opportunities, Anubhav believes in building value by keeping a long term outlook on his real estate investments.

Mr. Keswani is the Chairman and Managing Director, of one of the largest hotel chain in the mid priced sector, Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.

He is a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and holds a Post Graduate Diploma Degree in Management from IIM Kolkata. He was presented the Distinguished Alumni Award by IIT Delhi in 2011 and by IIM Kolkata in 2012. He worked for 17 years in the Tata Administrative Services, including as the Senior Vice President – Special Projects. Subsequently he has also worked with A.T. Kearney Limited, as its Associated Consultant and Director in their India Office. At present, he is also the Chairman of the Skill Council for Persons with Disability and a founding member of the Sector Skill Council for the Hospitality, Travel and Tourism industry.

With his strategic insight in the hospitality industry, Mr. Keswani identified the gap for midmarket and economy hotels within India, and set up his independent venture- Lemon Tree Hotels in 2002. From the first hotel in Gurgaon in 2004, Lemon Tree Hotels is the third largest hospitality group on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms, with 43 hotels and 4500 rooms across India.

Lemon Tree Hotels has taken strategic initiatives to provide employment to opportunity deprived Indians, including differently-abled individuals as well as those from economically, educationally and socially marginalized sections of society and believes that these initatives lead to an engaged and committed workforce.
