What an honour it was to host Mr. Aman Nath, Founder and Chairman of Neemrana Hotels, at the ISH campus! A hotelier, historian, writer, traveller, poet and art connoisseur, Mr. Nath is most known for the restoration of many of India’s architectural ruins. His extensive work in Neemrana has given rise to ‘Neemranification’ – a word which has now come to symbolise sustainable heritage tourism involving local communities.
It was lovely to know his thoughts about how ISH is putting India on the global map for hospitality management and culinary arts education. Talking about the École Ducasse India campus at ISH, Mr. Nath’s message to ISH says, “Now I feel that with your best foot forward, we must give Indian cuisines the place that belongs to them in the world”.
