We’re so excited! Our students participated in the Culinary Student of the Year competition organized by the Chef’s Table Studio. Our Culinary Arts Programme students, Kanishk Dawar (batch of 22) who prepared a fusion combination of deconstructed Murgh Malai Tikka with Pan Fried Noodles, and Abhijeet Dua (batch of 23) who made a delicious meal of sous vide & torched river sole, lemon rice cracker, meen moilee sauce, coconut lemongrass cream & gel, tobiko, curry leaves dust and coriander herb oil, made it to the final round, from amongst 450 participants.
Here's wishing them and all other participants good luck for the competition finale on the 12th. We can’t wait to see the best of the best 12 young chefs compete for the winners title.
