At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is an EduTrust certified institution offering open access pathways into nationally-recognised diplomas, with the vision to advance culinary arts and the F&B profession with integrity and meaning. Founded in 2001, the academy has been cultivating global chefs and F&B professionals in an experiential environment of culinary authenticity, best-fit apprenticeship and innovation for the last two decades.
At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy work with various partners - commercial, study & work and education - who helps them endorse their vision and champion their students’ success.
Upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive a Diploma in Culinary Arts - otherwise known as a full qualification in WSQ Diploma in Food Services (Culinary Arts).
Following this, five bachelor degree tracks are available to students upon graduation, offering them the opportunity to pursue their education further with an undergraduate study in one of the four established international universities - Johnson & Wales University (USA), University of West London (UK), Technological and Higher Institute of Hong Kong (Hong Kong), International College of Hotel Management (Australia).
