This programme is brought to India in collaboration with At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, a Singapore EduTrust certified institution. At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is certified with The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications, SkillsFuture Singapore and The World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACs).
Through this academic partnership, students will spend 9 months on our campus in India, and then 6 months at our partners, At-Sunrice, in Singapore.
The first 6 months of the programme will have students learning the fundamentals, science and theory behind pastry arts at our internationally lauded campus, with our team of experience pastry chef facilitators.
Following this, students will then go on to live and study with At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. For 3 months, they’ll be learning alongside other diploma students within the state of the art campus and world renowned chefs.
The final 6 months of the program will put students in exciting industry placements with leading brands within Singapore, letting them put their skills to the test and experience working in a real professional kitchen. Students will receive 800 Singaporean dollars each month of the internship.
Upon graduation, students will receive a Diploma in Pastry & Bakery - otherwise known as a full qualification in WSQ Diploma in Pastry & Bakery.
