  • INTRODUCTION

Step into the dynamic world of food with our B.A. (Hons.) in Culinary Arts. The rigorous program begins in India and continues in École Ducasse, which is the global reference point for excellence in culinary arts. It includes professional internships and placement opportunities that allow students to excel, both inside and outside the kitchen.

TRAIN LIKE A CHEF.
THINK LIKE AN ENTREPRENEUR.

The program is an exciting blend of skills, innovation and practical knowledge and allows students to train with the world’s finest chefs. While our curriculum is rooted in French techniques, the approach is certainly global and offers an understanding of international food.

It covers a wide range of topics that move from the fundamentals of cooking to advanced culinary techniques. Students learn about knife skills, ingredient pairing and identification of produce. They also grow their own produce at our organic farm near the campus.

The program allows students to explore careers as professional chefs, restaurateurs, or artisanal bakers. Whether it’s running a café or working at a restaurant, students practice and apply skills critical to any business operation. With a few years of industry experience, they can also become restaurant managers, nutritionists, culinary consultants and food entrepreneurs.

Students can complete the full four-year program in India. They graduate with a degree from Gurugram University and a certificate from École Ducasse. With international transfer options available, they can also begin their program in India, move to France, and finish their final year at our Paris campus. They earn a dual degree from École Ducasse — the institute founded by multi-Michelin starred Chef Alain Ducasse.
